Can I pay with a credit card?Yes, you can pay with your credit card or various other payment methods.

What if I'm not happy with my delivery?If you are not happy with your delivery, you can always ask the seller for revisions. You can also resolve any further issues by contacting the zimmi team.

Can I contact the seller before I place my order?Of course! We actually recommend contacting your seller before placing your order so that you are both on the same page. Simply sign up, then contact the seller in the "members chat" area on zimmi. Their profile name is noted on the bottom of their service page. Please note, all members of zimmi must be approved, for the safety of our teen freelancers. So please allow 24 hours after sign up for our team to approve your membership.

Why hire a teen?Teen freelancers are talented, dedicated, and eager to assist. Each teen has been vetted by the zimmi team, so you can rest assured you're working with a young professional.
Steps to becoming a zimmi freelancer:

Submit an application here. You'll need a copy of a recent report card and your parent's permission.

If approved, you'll receive instructions for submitting the details of your service(s). Need ideas? Check out zimmi U for ideas.

You'll set your own pricing. Keep in mind zimmi deducts a service fee of 20%, so set your pricing accordingly.

You'll receive a note once you have an order. Use the "Members Chat" to communicate with your buyer and deliver the order in the allotted delivery time.

Once you have delivered, we will request approval from your client. Once approved, your payment will be scheduled for deposit (minus the 20% service fee). Deposits are made within 14 days of your completed delivery.

We have a convenient platform for you to utilize to upload completed work. Whether you are conducting research, or creating a video, you can upload the finished product right here on zimmi, without the need to provide clients with your personal contact information.

Remember that zimmi is a professional resource for you to find freelance employment opportunities. Keep your communications with clients friendly, but professional. No need to share personal details unless they are directly related to the project.
