Q: Is there a fee to use zimmi?

A: No! Its free to join the zimmi community and to list a service. Once a buyer purchases your service, we deduct a 20% service fee.


Q: When do I get paid?

A: Deposits are made to your preferred payment method within 14 days of completed order (minus the 20% service fee).


Q: Why do I have to send a report card?

A: It's important to us that we have young professionals to present to our clients. They are, after all, spending money to hire the teens we work with. By demonstrating your ability to thrive in school, we feel confident in your ability to thrive in your work- and that you will present a professional image to clients.


Q: How do I list a service?

A: Once your application is approved, we will send you a submission form to get your service listed. All services have to be approved before they can be listed.


Q: How do I remove my service?

A: Just send us a message, and we will remove it for you.


Q: How do I talk to clients?

A: You will be able to communicate with your buyer through "Member Chat" on zimmi.


Q: What if I need to call a client?

A: We recommend keeping all communication here on the zimmi platform.


Q: What happens when I turn 18? Can I still use zimmi?

A: No. Our platform is specifically designed for teens ages 13-17. Once you turn 18, you'll finish up your pending projects, and graduate from zimmi to one of the many freelancer sites catering to adults.
